  NICEST PUB IN OXFORD!
  It isn't as expensive as others, there is wifi, the beers are amazing a great selection, the food was on point. Certainly a must-go if you go to Oxford

  Good atmosphere and beer, but the food! The food! Ordered a steak and mushroom pie, came with one of those huge puff pastry tops that disintegrate when you try and break into the pie. Thought that they went out in the nineties. Triple cooked chips that were obviously cooked twice in a factory somewhere, and veg from Iceland probably.
  
  It's a nice pub, but at least employ a chef who can cook rather than a microwave attendant. Really disappointing for a fairly well known pub.
  
  Top tip, pop in for a beer, go to anywhere else for food as it's going to be better than this.

  One of the iconic must-go pubs in Central Oxford, known to the locals as the KA. It's a huge rambling pub with lots of nooks and crannies and great atmosphere. It is a Young's pub, and the beer is served perfectly. A great place for a long session or just dropping in for a pint to look at it. Less touristy than the Bear or the Turf.
