  Last three visits here have been awful. Bills inaccurate, food awful. My daughter was served a corn cob that was rotten right through. Billed for beer.... we didn't drink beer! Total fiasco sorting out the bill. Lack of staff prolonged meal service. Just dreadful.

  Food was good, typical of all beefeaters. Service and friendliness of staff was excellent. Vegan options are very limited.

  Very hit & miss on food quality.
  Poor customer service.
  I've stayed in the Premier Inn several times, so have used the restaurant on multiple occasions. Every time it takes 10 mins on average to be seated, a further 15 mins to get drinks & then food arrives either over cooked or raw. The only good thing is the desert quality. Staff just stand around chatting & completely ignore you when you try to call them over
  I wouldn't have an issue if this happened rarely but it happens every time over the last 4 months that I've been visiting.
