  I was staying here for a work training course, consequently they were paying for my stay. We are given a limited budget which I'd had to get increased in order to find suitable accomodation. I booked the cheapest B&B room available to me through the system at work, which just happened to be an Executive room, much to the consternation of some of my colleagues!
  
  I was afforded free cans of drink and Kitkats in my fridge which were replenished each day, free Sky Movies and Sky Sports on the TV, free I newspaper each morning, an enormous bed and a lovely walk-in "rainfall" shower.
  
  Breakfast is very nice, a buffet arrangement with plenty of choice.
  
  Check in did seem to take ages on this occasion but this was not the fault off staff, they were dealing with some obviously very awkward customers (one in the flesh and one on the phone). The lady who eventually did check me in gave me a voucher for a free drink in recompense. Can't say fairer than that!!
