I got what they described as an IPA and ordered a burger, which they said would take 15 minutes. The beer tasted like water and when I complained they said nothing was wrong with it. 25 minutes later I still didn't have my burger and had to leave to catch a train. 14 quid in and all I got was a sip of watery beer.
I gave it an extra star partly because of the literary heritage they tout so proudly, and partly because one of the servers was more on the understanding side. But overall customer service is rubbish.October 09, 2016
