  Unfortunately water was not boiling, so tea I had did not brew at all - surely this is a basic requirement & should not get wrong. Nice environment & cake was great!

  Dreadful member of staff called Sofia, her attitude towards her colleagues and customers has been the worst I have ever experienced! Her colleagues clearly don't like her attitude, nore did I! Given a tea pot with a plastic Costa lid on it! One of the male staff removed it as soon as he noticed what she had done.

  Costa Cafe in Summer Town Oxford is a nice place to have light chat with your friends. I tasted Chai-latte with cinnamon. It was good especially in early evening in winter time.

  This is my to-go cafe because they close the latest out of all cafes in summertown. But they start hovering and cleaning about 30 mins before they close and it makes you feel not very welcome, it's like they are trying to make you leave. Apart from that, it's quite good except that the staff I've noticed can be quite slow and nonchalant towards the guests. Maybe the should also be clear that adding marshmallows or cream to your hot chocolate cost a lot (3 marshmallows for 45 p), but hopefully that was just a mistake for my server not to say how much it was. I'd give this 1,5 out of 5
